摘要
提出了一种测定催化剂上氧脱附能的新方法,TPD平衡法。应用此法和TPD/MS实验技术同时测定了一些钒系催化剂的表面活性氧的活性和供氧数目。阐明了MoO_3,Cr_2O_3,P_2O_5,As_2O_3,Sb_2O_3及SnO_2等常用助剂对钒系催化剂表面氧脱附能和脱附量的影响。验证了催化剂集团结构适应理论所总结的有关在氧化反应中催化剂的氧化活性和选择性的经验规律。
A new simple and effective method for the determination of desorptionenergy of oxygen on catalyst--TPD equilibrium method was described. Theactivity and the number of surface oxygen of a series of vanadium oxide catalysts were studied by TPD equilibrium and TPD/MS technique. The effects of various promoters such as MoO3, Cr2O3, P2O6, As2O3, Sb2O3 and SnO2 on the desorption energy and desorption amount of surface oxygen of V2O5 were determined. The results are consistent with the empirical rule shown by the corresponding theory of surface group structure of catalysts.
