摘要
迄今为止 ,人们对俄罗斯的经济增长与发展之间的关系研究得并不深入。而研究这个问题不仅对俄罗斯 ,而且对同为经济转轨国家的中国都是有意义的。本文首先考察了俄罗斯经济增长的基本态势和俄过旺追求经济增长速度的原因 ;然后分析了俄罗斯为实现快速经济增长而付出的沉重代价 ;在此基础上进一步分析研究了俄罗斯经济增长与社会经济发展之间的深刻矛盾 ;最后得出了若干相关结论。
Thus far there are insufficient studies on the connection between Russia's economic growth and its development. However, this topic is quite important to Russia as well as to China since it too is undergoing transition. This essay begins with an investigation into the basic situation of Russia's economic growth and the reasons for its excessive emphasis on pursuing economic growth.This is followed by an analysis of why Russia had to pay a heavy price in order to realize its rapid economic growth.On the basis of the above discussions,the essay further explores the profound contradictions between economic growth and socio economic development in Russia,finally arriving at some relevant conclusions.
