摘要
采用美国杜邦r-105 TiO2和国产轻质活性超细碳酸钙新配方设计,使PVC型材焊角强度和防紫外线能力明显提高,其他各项指标也进一步改善;产品成本较原来下降200～330元/t.
The new formulation for polyvinyl chloride profile was development by the substitution of titanie oxide made of Du Pont and domestic light fine particle calcium carbonate for domestic titanie oxide and general calcium carbonate. The test results shows that the welding strength for angles and ultraviolet resistance were enhanced obviously. The other properties were also improved. The decrease in production cost by 200~300 RMB/t.
