掺铁铌酸锂晶体的生长及其光折变位相共轭效应 被引量:1

Crystal Growth of Fe:LiNbO_3 and Its Effects of Photorefraction and Phase Conjugation

摘要 采用提拉法生长掺铁铌酸锂(Fe∶LN)晶体,测试了 Fe∶LN 晶体的位相共轭效应。以 Fe∶LN晶体为位相共轭镜,一次反馈实现了实时全息关联存储。 LiNbO_3-doped Fe crystal (Fe:LN) was grown by using crystal pulling technology(CZ method).The effect of phase conjugation of the Fe:LN crystal was measured.Real-time holographic associate storage was carried out by once backfeed using this crystal as aphase conjugation reflection mirror.
