摘要
本文对140例食管、贲门癌的x线检查、手术所见及组织学检查结果进行对比观察,发现部分病例有较大差异。这些差异对手术前估计,切除范围及手术效果均有一定影响。作者对差异的因素进行了分析,並对食管下段癌的切除范围提出了建议。
The X-ray examination, operation and histological findings of 140 cases of esophageal and cardial cancer have been compared, it was found that there is much differences between these three kinds of findings in part of the cases, which showed some influence on preoperative evaluation of the range of operation and post-operative result. The factors causing the differences have been analysed and the range of operation for cancer of lower part of esophagus was suggested.
