摘要
文献信息产品开发是文献信息部门的一种重要的经营策略。本文把市场营销学原理引入文献信息工作,从市场营销观点出发提出了文献信息产品的概念、结构和类型,讨论了文献信息产品开发的内容与方式,研究了文献信息产品开发中使用的补缺策略、配角策略、创新策略、扩散策略和组合策略及其使用条件,并指出了文献信息产品开发的方向和意义。
The development of document and information product is an important management strategy, the marketing science is introduced into the document and information work in this paper, the concepts of document and information products, the structure and the kind is raised from the marketing viewpoint, the content and the mode of the development of document and information product is discussed, the strategy of providing a deficiency, of minorrole, of creation, of expanding and of grouping and its utilization condition used in the development of document and information product is studied, the direction and the mean of the development of document and information product is indicated.
