摘要
情报机构兼业化是近几年出现的一种新现象。文章分析了情报机构兼业化的成因、得失及出路。情报机构兼业化增强了情报机构企业化性质管理的力度,同时也加大了情报机构行为合理化的摩擦系数。阐述了情报机构兼业化的出路在于情报机构的自我设计和国家情报政策的引导。
The concurrent post in the information organization is a new phenomenon which appears in recent years, the paper analyses the reason, gain and loss, outlet of this phenomenon. This phenomenon enhances the management strength of enterprise nature, meanwhile, it enhances the coefficient of friction of the behaviour rationalization of information organization. It deseribes the outlet of this phenomenon is itself design of the information organization and the guidance of the nation policy.
