21世纪是知识经济的时代,是社会急剧变革的时代。企业要在这充满挑战、充满机遇的激烈竞争中立于不败之地,并持续、快速、健康发展,就必须着手创建学习型企业。
The 21^(st)century is the time of knowledge economy, the time of social drastic transformation.Enterprises must set out to establish study-typed ones in order to keep their own constant, quick and healthy development, within the intense competition full of challenges and opportunities.
