摘要
本文强调现代篮球竞赛中争抢篮板球的重要性,并对第12、14届世界女篮锦标赛中预赛、复赛、决赛合计14场比赛进行技术统计对比,分析了中国女篮在篮板球上存在的关键问题是拼抢篮板球意识差,自投自抢意识差,积极主动身体对抗能力差,没有较系统把篮板球训练组织在战术训练之内,并提出了相应的训练对策。
This article emphasizes the importance of snatch the backboard balls in modern basketball contest. Through the statistics and contrast of the 14 preliminary contests, semi-finals and finals of the 12 th and 14th World Women's Basketball Championship, this article analyzes that the key problems of Chinese team are the unconsciousness of snatch the backboard balls, self-shooting and self-snatch, active physical rivalry and the lack of organizing the backboard balls training in tactics training systemically. Also, this article provides corresponding training solutions.
