摘要
诺西肽 (nosiheptide)是我国近年批准使用的兽用抗生素 ,由于其具有显著的抑制革兰氏阳性细菌、促进动物生长、在动物体内无残留等特点 ,因而作为饲料添加剂在畜牧业得到了越来越广泛的应用。文章就其理化性质 ,作用机制 ,生物合成途径 ,生物合成基因克隆 ,菌种选育与发酵工艺研究 ,检测方法 。
Nosiheptide is one of the veterinary antibiotics approved for use in China in recent years. Because of its obvious inhibition effects against gram positive bacteri; its obvious effects on promoting growth of domestic animals; and its low remains in animals, nosiheptide is increasingly used in stock raising as a feed additives. The current development at home and abroad in the study of nosiheptide, which include the physical and chemical properties, the effect mechanism, the biosynthesis pathway, the cloning of biosynthesis genes, the methods of determination and analysis as well as the separation and purification of nosiheptide were all reviewed in this paper.
