摘要
选用 8个籼稻品种 ,采用Griffing双列杂交方法Ⅳ ,对稻米味度值及淀粉黏滞性谱 (RVA谱 )特性配合力进行分析。结果表明 :(1)在稻米味度值、最高黏度、最低黏度、最终黏度、下降黏度值、黏滞峰消减值、回冷黏滞性恢复值等特性中 ,亲本基因的加性效应对杂种一代起主导作用 ,而糊化开始温度的遗传变异主要来自基因的非加性效应 ;(2 )亲本稻米味度值和RVA谱特性与一般配合力效应密切相关 ,味度值及RVA谱特性高的 ,其后代该特性的一般配合力效应也大 ,反之 ,则低 ;(3)杂种一代味度值和RVA谱特性小区平均值与亲本一般配合力效应间的相关系数均达极显著水平 ,利用亲本一般配合力效应可在一定程度上预测杂种一代味度和RVA谱特性的表现。
Combining abilities of taste meter value and starch RVA (Rapid Visco Analyser) properties were analyzed by Griffing's diallel method Ⅳ with eight indica rice cultivars. The results showed that: (a) the additive variation was principal in taste meter value, peak viscosity, trough viscosity, final viscosity, breakdown, setback, consistency, while the non additive variation was dominant in pasting temperature; (b) the higher the taste meter value and RVA properties of parents, the greater the GCA effect in progeny population; (c) the correlation coefficient between plot means in taste meter value and RVA properties and the GCA effect were significantly positive at the 0.01 level, therefore, it will be possible to be used in the forecast of taste meter value and RVA properties for the hybrid of rice.
