摘要
通过对非对称信息、信用体系以及电子商务基本理论的解释分析,探讨了中国政府在电子商务基础设施和其他资源方面投入了大量的人力物力但收效甚微的原因,即混乱的经济秩序和信用缺失是导致电子商务发展缓慢的根本原因之一。研究表明,发展电子商务对林业可持续发展具有重要作用,同时信用对林业企业电子商务交易具有决定性作用。
Some basic issues of asymmetry of information, credit system, E - commerce are introduced, and the reasons for investing much but getting less in E - commer by the Chinese government are analyzed. The economical disorders and credit shortage make the E - commerce progress slow. It is concluded that developing electronic commerce is vital for forestry sustainable development and forestry E- commerce development.
