摘要
我院新近开发没计的一台1450mm 铝带材冷精轧机配备了自行研制的板形自动控制系统(AFC)及独立的卸套筒与上套简装置。这些新技术装备的采用改善了产品质量,提高了轧制速度,减少了辅助生产时间,进一步提高了轧机的生产效率。
The 1450mm aluminum strip cold finishing rolling mill developed and designed by our institute recently is equipped with the AFC system,individual spool loading and unloading units newly developed by our own.These new technical equipments are advantageous to improve product quality,increase rolling speed and reduce auxiliary operating time,thus raising the production efficiency of the rolling mill.
