摘要
目的:编制适合中国社会文化背景的社交焦虑量表(socialanxietydisor-derscale,SADS),并对其进行条目分析和各种信、效度考验,以便为社交焦虑障碍的筛查、诊断、干预以及临床科研提供一个有效工具。方法:参考国外大量同类量表及目前国内外最新研究文献,结合中国社交恐怖症患者的临床表现特征,提出社交焦虑量表的基本结构模型,并初步建立SADS的结构因子和条目库。通过预测对条目进行粗筛,组成一个因子、条目适中的量表,并按比例分层整群取样,对郑州、长沙、厦门、宁波四城市的青少年学生进行实测,检验其信、效度。结果:①根据实测的数据资料,利用统计学方法,初步建立躯体反应、回避行为、人际敏感和内心体验4个因子。初步确定54个条目。②信、效度考验结果显示本研究信、效度考验均达到统计学要求。③其他检验性分析结果显示该量表测出了社交焦虑患者的基本特征。结论:SADS条目具有良好的区分度,条目数及因子设置适中,条目总体质量较高。就总体而言,SADS具有较高的稳定性和内容上的一致性,测量误差较小,达到了心理测量学的基本要求。SADS的结构效度较好,同理论构想拟合。与国外其他相关量表相比,具有一定的筛查、诊断和研究价值。
AIM:To develop a social anxiety disorder scale(SADS) fitting for Chinese socio cultural background,analyze its items and examine its reliability and validity so as to provide effective measures for the screen,diagnosis,intervention and clinical scientific research of SADS.<METHODS:The elementary structure pattern of SADS was framed based on the clinical trait of Chinese people with social phobia by consulting abundant foreign related scales and the latest foreign and domestic references about it,and then structural factors and item bank of SADS were made primarily.The items of SADS were predicted and screened rudely to develop a scale with appropriate factors and items.After classification,arrangement and sampling,the teenage students in Zhengzhou,Changsha,Xiamen and Ningbo were tested with SADS to examine reliability and validity of SADS.<RESULTS:① According to the tested data,the SADS were developed with four factors by means of statistical method:reflection of body,avoidance behavior,social allergy and feeling,including 54 items.② It was revealed from test for reliability and validity that the reliability and validity were fine and meet the need of statistics.Based on other tests for SADS,the elementary trait of people with social anxiety disorder were measured. <CONCLUSION:The items of SADS are with properties of good differentiation,appropriate quantity and factors as well as high general quality.Concerning to general trait,SADS are of high stability,accordance in contents and little measurement error,meeting the need of psychometrics,whose structure related validity is reasonable for the theoretic scheme.SADS has some screening,diagnostic and studying value as compared with foreign other scales concerning social anxiety order.
