摘要
由于人身自由受到限制 ,被监管人员的人身经常会受到各种各样的侵害。如何保护这一部分人的合法权益 ,是我国法律需要面对的一个问题。本文在对相关问题进行分析的基础上 。
Some person whose freedom gets restriction will be gotten various personal hurt. How to protect their legal right is a legal problem that our law must to face.On the base of analysing this problem , some view for the improvement of related law have been put forwarded in this paper.
