摘要
对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢传统热处理工艺进行了改进,研究结果表明,对冷冲模具采用1000℃淬火+650℃×2h一次回火新工艺,可以代替原1225℃淬火+560℃×1h三次回火的常规热处理,且耐磨性和韧性均有明显提高。
The traditional heat treatment processes of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel have been improved. The investigated results show that a new heat treatment ptocess for stamping dies, i. e. quenching at 1000℃ then sigle tempering at 650℃ for 2h, is used as a substitution for the original conventional process, i. e. quenching at 1225℃ then tempering at 560℃ for 1h for three dines, meanwhile the wear resistance and toughness of the dies are evidently improved by utllizing the new process.
