摘要
依据《中国科技论文与引文数据库》 (CSTPC) ,对其中 1 990～ 1 999已发表论文进行了收编与整合 ,开列出全国各地区逐年论文篇数数据表 ,对数据表进行统计分析 ,给出了全国各地区发表论文的 1 0年的总篇数、年平均篇数、年平均篇数全国排序位次、年平均篇数占全国百分比 ,绘制了各地区逐年全国排序分布图 。
According to Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations database(CSTPC),the paper incorporates and condidates the theses pubhshed during the time from 1990to1999,draws up and statistically analyses the data form about the number of yearly theses in the whole nation,gives out for every areas theses in ten years as follows:the total number,the yearly average number and the percentage taking the whole countrys number,draws the distributed chart about the alignent of every area in the whole country,and systemizes the areas on the basis of the changing characters.
