摘要
变传动比循环球转向器,是通过螺母齿条—转向臂轴齿扇传动副实现变化传动的。齿条通常采用普通平面齿条,转向臂轴齿扇齿面具有特殊的几何形状,分析了传动比曲线、节曲线、瞬时接触线以及转向臂轴齿扇齿面的几何性质,为转向器设计以及齿扇的切齿加工提供了依据。
The variable-ratio transmission in a recirculating bail type steering gear is realized by means of a gear rack and gear sector transmission pair. A common plane rack is usually adopted as a gear rack, while gear sector has special geometric form. In this paper the transmission ratio curve, pitch curve, transient contact line and geometric characteristics of gear sector tooth surface are studied, it is quite necessary for designing steering gear and cutting gear sectors.
