摘要
将汽车发动机配气机构中的一些零件改用陶瓷件,可以在提高零件耐久性、降低机械损失、减磨节油等方面得到益处。介绍了492QA汽油机配气机构的陶瓷零件的研制情况。指出,492QA汽油机只改用陶瓷气门和镶陶瓷块铝摇臂,就可使配气机构飞脱转速提高18%,或允许气门弹簧力减少43%,凸轮一挺柱等处平均载荷降低40%以上。
When some components of the valve mechanism of motor vehicle engines are replaced with ceramic components, it has the advantages of promoting endurance life of the components, reducing mechnical loss and wear, and improving fuel economy. In this article, the information of the research and development of ceramic components of valve mechanism in 492 QA gasoline engine is provided. When ceramic valves and alluminum rocking arms with ceramic inlays are replaced in the 492QA engine, the flying—o5ff speed limit of the valve mechanism can be raised by 18%, or the valve spring stress may be reduced by 43%, the average load of the cam and valve poppet may be consequently lowered more than 40%.
