过共晶Al-Si合金双相变质剂及变质工艺的研究

摘要 介绍了适用于过共晶Al-Si合金的P-Sb和P-Na两种变质剂及变质工艺,并研究了双相变质的原理。通过试验证明,经此两种变质剂处理的过共晶Al-Si合金在机械性能、物理性能等方面,比未变质或经单相变质的合金有极大提高。 This paper introduces two modifying agents, P-Sb and P-Na, suitable for the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy and their modifying techniques, and investigates the principles of dual phase modification mechanism. It has been proved through experiments that the mechanical and physical properties of Al-Si alloy treated by the two dual phase modifying agents are by far superior to those treated by nonmodifying or one-phase modifying alloy.
