摘要
目的了解不同年龄阶段阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)症状和多导睡眠呼吸监测(PSG)结果的特点。方法选择OSAHS的患者59例,按年龄分为青、中、老年3组。指导患者填写问卷以获取临床资料。结果随着年龄增长睡眠总时间减少,效率降低,慢波睡眠(3、4期)显著减少;55.9%患者合并高血压,合并疾病种类显著增加,心电图缺血改变或超声心动异常者和抑郁症显著增加。结论老年OSAHS患者较中、青年患者睡眠结构改变明显,睡眠效率降低,自觉症状较轻,有更多的合并症。
Objective To observe the clinical manifestations and the PSG results in patients with OSAHS in different age stages. Methods 59 patients were divided into 3 groups, as young, middle age and aged. The clinical information was collected by questionnaires. Results Following with the increasing of age, the total sleep time, sleep efficiency and slow wave sleeps decreased significantly; the patients showed more types of accompanied diseases, more depression and more myocardial ischemia detected by ECG. 55.9% of patients were accompanied with hypertension. Conclusions The aged group presented more significant changes in sleep structures, less sleep efficiency and self-conscious symptoms, and more accompanied diseases.
