摘要
以经济学基本理论为指导。深入分析了森林生物多样性的组成及其利用特征。森林生物多样性的价值构成。包括直接利用价值、间接利用价值、机会价值、遗传价值以及存在价值。而协调好森林生物多样性的保护与利用的关系是获取最大效益的约束条件。文章通过对湖南西部森林生物多样性现状与作用分析。论述了森林生物多样性的扶贫价值及其运行机制。扶贫价值的实现。在很大程度上取决于一个科学合理的利益分享规划的制定。
Guided by basic economics theory, the paper thoroughly analyzes the component and utilizing character of biodiversity in forests. Biodiversity's value frame contains direct use value, indirect use value, opportunity value, genetic value and existence value. Coordinate of the balance between protection and utilization mostly restricts the maximum profits. This paper, through analysis of biodiversity in west part of Hunan Province, states its poverty-alleviation value and operating mechanism. And without a scientific and reasonable profits allocation layout, it is difficult for us to realize the poverty-alleviation value.
