摘要
随着我国依法治林步伐的加快。林业理论研究不断深化。文章从法理学和林业工作实践的角度。对我国林业法的概念。与相关概念的联系和区别。渊源和外延进行了深入探讨。提出了一些新的见解。
Along with the fast step of managing forestry affairs according to law, the study of theory also deepens gradually. In this Paper, starting from nomology and forestry practice, it probes into concept of China's Forestry Law and its relation, differences, origin and extension to relating concepts. It also puts forward Some new ideas.
