摘要
提出在汉江水电开发过程中对过船设施进行一次设计、分步实施的建议，这样，不仅避免资金的积压、闲置和浪费，而且保护了汉江航道资源，为航运开发奠定良好基础。
In the article, the author put forward a proposal on designing and gradual implementing the vessel-passing equipment in the course of hydroelectric development on Hanjing River (Shaanxi Province ). It will not only prevent the overstocking idling and wasting of funds, but also effectively protect the channel resources and lay a good foundation for shipping development of the Hanjing River.
