企业文化建设中达到诚境的认识论途径

摘要 文章针对"诚信"在我国商业社会失范的现状,立足儒学的传统精粹,论述了"诚意"在道德修养和道德实践中的基始作用;认为通过学习与受教育可以改变人性,去"巧"去"伪",培育有道德诚意的企业人格;展示了通过客观的"知"来达到主观的"诚"、进而通过自觉的"反身而诚"以执守商业伦理价值的途径,在每一个企业人都能诚实地完善自我、实现价值的同时,共同锻造企业的诚信品质。 Targeting at current situation of lacking social norm, the article discusses the problems of sincerity and the traditional essences of Confucianism. The paper explains the essential function of sincerity in ethical culture and ethical practice. In addition, the article argues that human nature could be improved through learning and being brings forward while eradicating cunning and hypocrisy so as to foster the corporate personality with ethical sincerity. It exhibited ways to reach objective knowledge through subjective sincerity,and even through voluntarily self- examination to reach sincerity in order to maintain the commercial ethic value. As each individual is able to fulfill his/ herself and realizes their values, the corporate quality of sincerity and credibility could be shaped.
