摘要
就Sylvester提出的圆与点的关系问题,即不全共线、也不全共圆的平面n点确定圆的最少个数,讨论点的个数n=8的情形。现给出不全共线,也不全共圆的平面8点至少确定19个圆。
The relationship between circles and points raised by Sylvester is discussed in this paper. Eight points given not collinear and not on a circle determine nineteen circles at least.
