摘要
在应用国产材料的前提下,研究了原砂质量、粘结剂性能及环境等因素对冷芯盒砂芯质量的影响规律。同时,还进一步探讨了改善砂芯性能、减少牯结剂加入量、降低制芯成本的途径,并成功地应用于生产。
On the premiss of using domestic material, this paper proceeds to investigate the rules of raw sand quality, glue bond property, and environmental factors affecting the quality of cold core box sand core, and meanwhile, this paper discusses further the ways to improve the quality of core sand, to decrease the amount of glue bond added and to lower the cost of core made. The method thus achieved has been successfully used in production.
