摘要
应用兔出血症病毒(RHDV)和巴氏杆菌(Pm)联合研制而成的蜂胶佐剂灭活苗,用 1 mL 免疫试验兔,免疫后第 5d,对 RHDV 保护率达 100%(5/5);免疫后第 14d,对巴氏杆菌的保护率达 100%(4/4),第 7d 即产生较强的免疫力。T 细胞总玫瑰花环形成率(Et率)、活性玫瑰花环形成率(Ea率)的测定结果表明:蜂胶具有提高机体细胞免疫功能的作用;通过 HI 法监测兔病毒性出血症抗体水平,结果表明:蜂胶苗产生抗体时间较早,第 7d 抗体效价可达到较高水平(26.8),第 21 d 达到高峰(28.8)。
mL bicombinant propolis inactivated vaccine made by combing of RHDV and Pm was used to immunize the rabbits, the immune protection rate against RHD was 100%(5/5) on 5th day after vaccination, the immune protection rate against Pm was 100%(4/4) on 7th day after vaccination, the strong protection occurred on the 7th day after immuniation. The result of detecting on rate of T cell total rose loop(Et rate) and alive rose loop(Ea rate) that the propolis had the effect on improving the cell immunity. To supervise the level of RHDV through HI method, the result showed that the propolis could produce antibody against RHD in early days and the antibody effect level could reach very high level(26 ).8 on 7th day, which could reach peak level(28 ) on 21th day. .8
