摘要
用孢子萌发法测定不同药剂对水稻稻瘟病菌(Pyricμlariμ oryzae Cav.)孢子的抑制作用。结果表明:化学药剂中以多菌灵抑制能力最强,毒力回归式为 y=30.27+26.65x,EC50=5.50μL /L。生物药剂中以好米得抑制能力最强,毒力回归式为 y=-219.69+123.93x,EC50=150.00μL /L。
Making use of the method of conidial germiuation, the inhibiting effect of different fungicide to Pyricularia oryzae Cav was determined, the result showed that the carbendazim had the most inhibited effect among the chemical fungicide, the toxicity regression equation was y=30.27+26.65x,EC50=5.50 μ L /L.and the most inhibiting effect of bio-fungicide was orgzemate and the toxicity regression equation was y=-219.69+123.93x,EC50=150.00 μ L /L.
