摘要
介绍ClO2 氧化法对钢丝电镀过程中产生含氰废水的处理工艺及方法。研究pH值对除氰率的影响 ,当pH值为酸性的情况下 ,CN-的去除率不到 2 0 % ;当pH值大于 11时 ,30min内除氰率可达 95 %以上。当 ρClO2 / ρCN- 在3.5~ 4 .5时对CN-质量浓度为 10 0~ 30 0mg/L的废水进行处理 ,除氰率高达 99.9% ,而且处理效果稳定。
To introduce the ClO 2 oxidation process and method to dispose steel wire electroplating waste water with cyanogens . The effect of pH value on cyanogens removal rate is researched. The result shows that the CN - removal rate is less than 20 percent when pH value takes on acidity,the cyanogens removal rate is more than 95 percent in 30 minute when pH value is more than 11. When ClO 2 and CN - mass concentration ratio equals 3.5~4.5,the cyanogens removal rate is up to 99.9% for the waste water with mass concentration of 100~300 mg/L cyanogens,and the disposal effect is stable.
