摘要
根据现场的实际情况及相关理论 ,从钢丝含碳量散差、出炉温度散差、原始组织或加工硬化、铅锅过热区的影响、热电偶测量位置 5个方面分析了造成钢丝铅淬火后强度散差的原因 ,并指出了影响程度。
According to the practical situation in spot and relative theory, the causes of strength windage of bringing about patented steel wire are analyzed from such five aspects as the windage of carbon mass fraction, the windage of temperature leaving furnace, the original microstructure or working hardening, the over heating region effect of lead pan and inserting position of thermocouple, and the effect degrees are pointed out.
