摘要
开发与应用 2 0 0 0MPa级别的钢绞线是市场的要求 ,在提高钢绞线强度级别的同时又保持其原有的韧性指标是生产 2 0 0 0MPa钢绞线的关键。制订相应技术标准 ,采用宝钢 13.0mmSUPER82B专用盘条 ,生产出 15 .4 6～ 15 .5 0mm钢绞线 ,松弛率 1.4 %～ 1.9% ,延伸率 6 .0 %～ 7.1% ,强度达到 2 0 0 0MPa以上 ,成功用于工程建设。
To develop and apply 2 000 MPa PC stranded wire is the demand of market, and the key problem of producing 2 000 MPa PC stranded wire is to increase the strength grade and keep the same toughness index at the same time. By formulating relative technical criterion and adopting 13.0 mm SUPER82B special wire rod made in Baosteel, the stranded wires with 15.46～15.50 mm diameters are produced, whose relaxation rate is from 1.4 percent to 1.9 percent,specific elongation is from 6.0 percent to 7.1percent, the strength is up to 2 000 MPa, which are used to construction engineering successfully.
