摘要
与传统冷拔技术相比较 ,电塑性拉拔技术能降低不锈钢丝的拉拔力 ,最大降幅大于 5 0 % ,能显著增加拉拔变形量和提高钢丝表面质量 ,减少中间退火次数 ;显著降低T7钢丝的拉拔力 ,提高抗拉强度 ,并使其延伸率稍微增加 ;提高H0 8Mn2SiA焊丝的道次压缩率 ,减少拉拔道次 ,能提高该焊丝的通条性能 ;显著降低普通低碳钢丝的拉拔力 ,改善其拉拔性能。该技术具有节省能源、简化加工工艺等特点 ,可在钢丝传统冷拔设备上应用。
Compared with traditional cold wire drawing technology, the electroplastic drawing technology can reduce the drawing force of stainless steel wire over 50 percent, increase draught and improve surface quality of steel wire obviously, decrease the times of middle anneal; debase drawing force of T7 steel wire obviously and increase tensile strength, and increase specific elongation slightly; raise the pass draught of H08Mn2SiA welding wire and decrease its drawing times, and raise the property coherence of the wire; reduce the drawing force of low carbon plain steel wire obviously and improve its drawing property. The technology has the characteristics of energy saving and predigesting process, which can be applied to the traditional wire drawing machine.
