摘要
以一高层建筑空调水系统为例,分析了水系统总立管上波纹补偿器在运行和水压试验状况下所产生的轴向推力及其特点,提出减小轴向推力的措施;并分析了水泵进出口管道上橡胶柔性软接头的安装位置对管道和水泵的影响,认为橡胶柔性软接头安装在水泵进出口横管上比安装在立管上好。
Taking the air conditioning water system of a high-rise building as an example, analyses the axial force resulting from ripple compensators on main vertical pipes and its characteristics during operation and pressure test. Puts forward the measures to decrease the force. Discusses the influence of the location of soft rubber joints on inlet and outlet of a pump on piping and the pump. Points out that it is better to place the soft rubber joint on horizontal pipe than on vertical one.
