摘要
利用产品的零部件的寿命试验或现场有限的失效数据,统计推断其寿命分布函数是可靠性应用技术中的重要环节。采用统计分析法是一个很复杂的工作,本文采用蒙特卡罗法(Monte Carlo),结合解放CA1091型汽车半轴的寿命试验数据,推断解放CA1091型汽车半轴的寿命分布函数及其在工作能力允许的条件下的最小半轴轴径尺寸,并编写蒙特卡罗法的计算机程序,使其具有较好的使用价值。
One of the key application of reliability theory is that the function of life distribution can be statistically deduced from the life test or a limited number of real failure data of products. But it is a complicated work to find the distribution function by statistical analysis. In the paper, Monte Carlo method is used with experiment data of semiaxle for CA-141 truck to get the life distribution function and the minimun size of semiaxle under the allowable operating conditions. A computing program of Monte Carlo method is also made available for practical use.
