摘要
根据茂名市生活垃圾性状和现有的工业基础及经济技术条件,重点分析了茂名市建设垃圾焚烧发电厂的投资建设和运营情况。建成垃圾焚烧发电厂耗资约1.87亿万元人民币,要维持其正常工作,茂名市政府每年必须在财政上补贴486.62万元,而茂名市在财政暂时无法承受巨额的建设费用和昂贵的运行费用。但如果政府给各种优惠政策让企业投资并在焚烧时适当地加入助燃剂,茂名市有望在未来几年建成垃圾焚烧厂。
According to domestic waste characteristics, present industrial base and technology & economic conditions in Maoming , the investment, construction and operating of building typical incineration plants were analyzed emphatically. Constructing a incineration plant need about 1.87 million Yuan, and made it to work need 486.62 ten thousand Yuan, but Maoming government could not satisfy these conditions presently. If corporations invest in disposing domestic waste through government's favorable policies, and combustion-supporting substances are put in incineration properly, Maoming will have a incineration plant in a few year.
