介绍了在制造和修理发动机的工作中,采用组装式拉刀拉削主轴承孔的情况。采用这种拉刀能保证主轴承孔的表面粗糙度R_(?)≤0.8,并能提高工作效率和减轻劳动强度。
This paper outlines the process of broaching the main bearing housing with a combined broach when manufacturing or repairing engines. In this way the roughness of the housing bore will be able to reach a level of R_a≤0.8,it will also enhance the manufacturing efficiency and save labour.
