摘要
为消除鼠类对鼠药的回避、拒食现象,提高灭鼠效果,我们尝试在大面积灭鼠活动中,采用方便面为诱饵,配制含溴敌隆5/10万浓度的灭鼠药进行灭鼠、经实验观察和大面积投药灭鼠效果观察,方便面配制成鼠药与大米制成鼠药进行选择试验,方便面摄入量为大米的3.67 倍,现场投放灭鼠效果好,鼠密度(粉迹法)由27.5％降至3.6％,灭鼠率达86.8％,局部达97.7％。
To avoid the problem which mouse refuse to eat common mouse-medicine and improve efficience in eliminating mouse, we had tried to compound a mew mouse-medicine which had 5/10 ten thousand Bromadiolone densify by taking noodles as a bait to eliminate mouse. After helding an experiment which took a choose between mouse-medicine made by moodles and rice,the rate of eating noodles is 3. 67 times more than eating rice and the efficience is better which be put in the spot. The density of mouse drops from 27. 5%to 3. 6%. The rate of eliminating mouse reached 86. 8%and partial reached 97. 7%.
