摘要
首先简要分析计算机图像信息资源管理的研究思路。重点探讨开发图像信息资源管理系统过程中 ,图像信息管理应用人员在对它们的资源组织、获取与表示、存储与检索、识别与监测、网络化共享、应用创新等过程中的需要注意的问题 。
The research importance and methods of management research of image information resources on computers are discussed in the paper. Some aspects such as organization, acquisition, expression, storage, retrieval, recognition, monitoring, sharing and so on,to which attention should be paid, are described. The proposal guidance are necessary in the course of developing an information management system of resources of image, video, graphics, etc.. The purpose of the investigation is to make image information, their techniques and management systems more useful to the reconstruction of the socialist modernization of China.
