摘要
根据PIV系统的性能特点和测量的技术要求 ,建立了PDC钻头流场测试实验系统 ,系统由PIV系统、PDC钝钻头及井底流动系统、配套的储水罐、离心泵、压力表和流量计等组成。在模拟PDC钻头井底流场的条件下 ,对PDC钻头 4个喷嘴的射流流场进行了测试。测试数据与三维流场计算机数值模拟结果的对比表明 ,偏差在误差允许的范围内 ,两者相吻合 ,数值模拟结果得到测试结果的验证 ,可以确认建立的数值模型及计算方法的可信度。
Based on the performance characteristics of PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) system and technical demand of measurement, a experimental system for flow field test of PDC bit is established. The configuration of the system is introduced. And the jet flow field of 4 nozzles of a PDC bit is tested by simulating the bottomhole flow field of the bit. The test result accords with the result of numerical simulation on computer. This proves the reliability of the numerical model and relevant computation methods.
