摘要
根据弹塑性有限元理论 ,建立了膨胀套管和膨胀心头的力学模型。采用单级和多级膨胀心头 ,在相同工况下对N80钢级 2 4 4 5mm套管膨胀至 2 98 5mm的过程进行计算机模拟 ,得出 2种膨胀心头膨胀后套管的等效应力、接触应力和轴向收缩量模拟曲线。定性和定量分析表明 ,相同工况下 ,采用单级膨胀心头比多级膨胀心头所需推动力小 ,且膨胀后的套管壁厚大 ,抗外挤性能好。
The mechanical models for bulged casing and expandable body are set up based on elastoplastic finite element theory. The process of expansion of casing with single-stage and multistage expandable bodies is simulated on computer, and the curves of equivalent stress and contact stress and axial shrinkage of the bulged casing are obtained. Analysis shows that, under the same working condition, the impellent required in the casing expension with single-stage expansion body is less than that with multistage expansion body, and the bulged casing has large wall thickness and good performance.
