摘要
生态建设是以保护和改善生态环境、实现资源的合理开发和持续利用为目的,通过统一规划,有组织、有计划、有步骤地开展重点领域和重点项目的建设,促进区域生态环境的改善,推动技术创新,促进国民经济和社会可持续发展。本文通过参加生态建设的实践经验并整理了近几十年来有关生态建设研究的主要著作和论文,概括国内主要的工作,提出目前存在的问题,旨在为今后的生态建设提供有益的借鉴。
Ecological construction is the reasonable development and utilization of resources by protecting and improving the ecological environment. Through unified planning and organizing, we have planed and developed the construction of key fields and key projects step by step. Promoting the improvement of the regional eco-environment, driving the (technological) innovation, and promoting national (economy) and social sustainable development is our main idea. We sorted out the important works and papers related to ecological (construction) in previous decades.We summarize of the main work in China,and analyze the existing problems so as to offer beneficial reference for the (ecological) construction in the future.
