摘要
“大学的企业家精神”和“大学精神”在高等教育领域正越来越受到普遍的关注，两者之间既有着内在的联系性、又有着内在的冲突性。如何实现大学精神与大学的企业家精神的统协整合是21世纪大学的理性选择，这就是人文精神加创新精神。
While receiving increasing attention in the circle of higher education, the two concepts, i. e. , the entrepreneur spirit and the spirit of the university, embody both connection and internal conflict. The consolidation of the two is a rational choice for the universities of the 21st century. It is humanist spirit combined with innovative spirit.
