铆钉搭接头疲劳强度曲线的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究铆钉搭接头的疲劳寿命。通过在Saginamiya动态伺服液压疲劳机上用频率为 5 .0Hz的正弦波应力比R =0 .0 5的拉—拉载荷 ,对不同环境条件和形状的铆钉搭接头试样进行测试 ,得到铆钉搭接头在空气和 3.5 %NaCl溶液中的疲劳强度曲线 。 The fatigue life of the Riveted Lap Joints (RLJs) were investigated. Fatigue tests were carried out on the Saginamiya Dynamic servo-hydraulic fatigue machine. And the specimens of RLJs in different conditions and its shapes were tested using a sinusoidal waveform with a frequency of 5.0 Hz in tension-tension with a stress ratio, R=0.05. Then the fatigue strength curves of the Riveted Lap Joints (RLJs) in both air and 3.5% NaCl solution were obtained. And a quantitative expression is put forward for expressing the fatigue life of RLJs, which is very useful for the fatigue strength design and prediction in aircraft industry.
