摘要
为适应少耕、免耕及地膜覆盖播种作业要求,提出并研究了直插式播种机基本工作原理与总体结构形式。通过对直插式播种机关键部件一成穴器进行诸结构方案对比与运动分析,选定并设计出可实现入土、出土直插运动的成穴器及其辅助工作部件。
The general structural formation of the direct insert planter is proposed through studying and analyzing its basic working principle. On the basis of the research and the principal study of the hole former of direct insert planter,the hole former which can carry out the direct insert motion and its auxiliary working parts are designed. The characteristic of hole former motion of direct insert planter is also analyzed,and the theoretical analysis proves that the hole former can insert directly into soil within the period of its entering soil and coming out from soil.
