摘要
应用静态法测定了红枣在10~50℃和全相对湿度范围内的吸湿、解吸平衡含水率,分析了相对湿度、温度对平衡含水率的影响。以相对误差、标准差为评价指标,对Modified—Henderson等四个方程与测定数据的拟合程度进行了比较,得到了描述红枣吸湿,解吸平衡含水率曲线模型。
In this paper,a static gravimetric method was used. Equilibrium moisture content (EMC)for adsorption and des-orption of two varieties jujube were determined at 10-50℃ and all range of relative humidity,and analyse effect relative humidity and temperature on EMC. Modified - Henderson, Chung - Pfost, Modified-Halsey, Modified-Oswin e-quation were compared for their ability to fit experimental results. Comparison are based on relative percentage divia-tion and standard error,and obtained model that describes adsorption and desorption isotherms of jujube.
