摘要
介绍了自行研制的射流电铸快速成型设备的系统组成与原理 ,对射流电铸工艺特点进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,在其他工艺参数一定时 ,射流电铸的电流密度和电铸速度随电铸电压增大而增大 ,实验中可用电流密度高达380A/dm2 ,远高于传统电铸电流密度。喷嘴口径一定时 ,喷射距离近、电流密度低 ,射流电铸的定域性好。电流密度对铸层表面形态有较大的影响。用射流电铸快速成型设备制备了一组具有一定形状的金属铜零件。
This paper introduces the system components and the theory of jet electroforming for rapid prototyping, and investigates the characteristics of the technology of jet electroforming. The results show that current density and electroforming velocity increase with the increase of electroforming voltage, the practical current density can reach 380 A/dm 2 , which is much higher than the one used in traditional electroforming. The fine area of electroforming can be achieved with small size of nozzle and lower current density. Current density has great effect on the surface morphology. A group of copper parts are fabricated by the device.
