摘要
本文简述M1380外圆磨床调速系统改造设计及其使用效果,结合第二轧钢厂轧钢四车间实际情况对磨床调速系统进行改造,既发挥了变频器节能、无级调速的优势,又发挥了PLC程序的可调试性。
Based on the concrete condition of the Second Rolling Mill , speed governing system Of M1380 cylindrical grinder has been revamped . After revamping, the advantage in energy saving and stepless speed change of converter and also adjustability of PLC program have been made full of use.
