摘要
我国海水贝类养殖已发展成为对国民经济和社会发展有重要影响的产业,但不恰当的养殖方式给环境造成了很大的损害,同时也严重制约和危及了产业自身的发展。以产业的可持续发展为出发点,通过理论和技术的系统集成,突破大规模苗种培育、高效中间育成和安全海区养成关键技术,构建环境友好的滩涂贝类健康养殖体系。健康养殖模式的核心是种质种苗健康、养殖环境健康和消费者健康。
Molluscan culture has become a dominant industry for the development of economy and society in China. Some inappropriate ways of aquaculture, however, have resulted in the worseness of environment, which would restrict and endanger the development of mariculture. Focusing on the sustainable development of enterprise and constructing a healthy aquaculture system of mudflat shellfish with friendly environment, the key technologies of large scale seed production, high efficient nursing and safe farming in the sea have been achieved by the systemic integration in theory and technology of shellfish culture. The healthy system of aquaculture includes healthy seed and environment as well as the health of consumer.
