从旧区及旧区物业管理的定义和特点出发,通过对天津市旧区物业管理需求的调查分析,提出了天津市如何进行旧区物业管理改革的相关建议.
Starting from the definition and characteristics of old residential zone and the zone facility management, the market needs of Tianjin old residential zone facility management are analyzed, and the relevant suggestions about how to reform the old residential zone facility management are put forward.
